FAMILY PARTICIPATION PROGRAM
At St. Gregory Hovsepian School, we highly value the partnership of parents in ensuring a high-quality education and nurturing environment for our students.
To promote active participation and engagement, we are implementing a Family Participation Program (FPP). This program requires each family to contribute twenty (20) service hours annually. Alongside this requirement, there is a Family Participation Program (FPP) fee of $300 due at registration.
We believe that collaboration between schools and families is essential for success, benefiting everyone involved.
The details of the Family Participation Program (FPP) are as follows:

Service Hours Requirement: Each family must complete twenty (20) service hours per year, tracked on Gradelink.

Opportunities for Requirement: Parents receive monthly emails to sign up for volunteering through SignUp Genius.

Fee Details: The Family Participation Program (FPP) fee of $300 is due at registration.

Reimbursement Option: Families who fulfill the service hours requirement will be reimbursed the FPP fee upon completion. Alternatively, the fee can be carried over to the following school year.

FUNDRAISERS
At Hovsepian School, we encourage each family to participate in our fundraising efforts by purchasing a minimum of $250 worth of items per year. We offer various fundraising opportunities throughout the year, including coffee sales, chocolate sales, Art to Remember, and more. Please note that specific fundraisers may change based on availability and seasonal offerings. Your support in these efforts helps enhance our school programs and initiatives.
