SPORTS

At St. Gregory Hovsepian School, our PE department adheres to California state guidelines and standards for physical education. We have a vibrant sports department that includes diverse after-school training programs. In addition to traditional sports, dance classes are offered to K-8 students as part of our comprehensive physical education curriculum.

Our after-school teams practice at local sports facilities and participate in leagues organized by local cities, as well as the KAHAM games for Armenian schools. They compete in a range of sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and track and field events. Furthermore, our PE department organizes scrimmages with both local non-Armenian and Armenian private schools, engaging in competitive matchups across various levels.
